Beautiful 5 bedroom, Grade II listed, Georgian town house over four floors.
Light airy rooms, newly decorated and furnished with an eclectic mix of old and modern, in a simple, yet individual style.
The large south facing sitting room boasts a balcony with oblique sea views, where you can watch the world go by. A stone's throw away from outdoor tennis courts, a Royal Marina and miles of sandy beaches, 5 minutes from Waitrose, the high street, restaurants and pubs... perfect for all.
We have created an ideal space for families and friends to gather under one roof.
The rooms are arranged over four floors with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Stylish, warm and welcoming, this is a house to enjoy.
- On the ground floor there a large through kitchen, utility room and WC.
- First floor boasts a large sitting room with double doors onto a balcony with table and chairs where you can sit and take in the sea breeze. There is also a tasteful and relaxing bedroom with double bed.
- Second floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, plus another bedroom with double bed.
- Third floor a further two double bedrooms, which are just as comfortable and very cute.
The house has two large bathrooms; one with a walk in shower and the other with a bath/ shower.

Walks, great beaches, seal tours, kiteboarding, paddleboarding, golf, Dreamland, The Turner Contemporary; a fantastic night life with a plethora of fantastic pubs, bars and restaurants; galleries, music venues, vintage shops, independent homeware boutiques, bric-a-brac treasures, all in a stunning location...what more could you wish for?

The house is 90 mins by car from London, 75 minutes by train from St Pancras Come on down and enjoy! Local buses go from Ramsgate to all Thanet locations. Historic Canterbury is only 15 minutes by train. Please note, this is a house with many stairs. Good for that bum! Not good if you have mobility issues.

Summary: Great location and a few walking mins from sea front/harbour. Street parking outside property is busy but free and we found place for 3 cars pretty easily. Lots of space for 10 people. Great lounge for all to sit and relax comfortably. Towels and bed linen good quality and plentiful hot water. Il Tricolore and Royal Harbour Brasserie are great places to eat. We loved our weekend.

Summary: Very comfortable and spacious home in a great location. Well appointed kitchen, easy check-in. Good for a family or friends. Only tiny issues- wifi not much good, and a very noisy late night event next door on a monday night! Recommmended.

Summary: We stayed for 4 nights. It was fairly effortless to settle in and get on with our holiday. That is, the house was good to go and had everything we needed. Except we couldn't find any local information (maps, suggestions etc) and had to make a detour to the Visitor Info centre. Stef was wonderfully responsive. Our only request was for heating to go on (BST kicked in just before we came and noone, it seemed, had told the system). And go on it did, immediately. Beds comfy, nice sheets, towels fluffy and plentiful, water hot, dishwasher excellent, all straightforward. Good location 3 minutes from the harbour and 10 along the promenade from the beach, and 5 mins - essentially - from Waitrose. Lovely walks to Broadstairs and Margate.
