Summary: My family love the house, the views were great. The kitchen was well stocked. We would stay again. My only concern was the stair rail was broken and since I’m disabled it made going up and down the stairs harder. When I reported it they didn’t respond to me concern so I had to call again. During my stay they were unable to repair it because they had to order a part. Later in the week there were ants the offered to come out and take of it. Since we were leaving the day we told them to wait.

Summary: The house itself needs to be cleaned and maintained better. There were still towels in the dryer, dust accumulated on the fan so when we turned it on it blew everywhere. Tape on the walls. Blinds bent and broke and the handle to go upstairs was also broke at the bottom. The master bath fan doesn’t work either. The worst part was when my daughters went to bed they pulled the blanket back and found dog feces under the pillow like it was left intentionally.

Summary: Quiet and friendly dead end neighborhood. Just a short walk and you are on the beach with miles to explore or watch the sunset. The layout of the place worked great with room for everyone. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the view of the ocean while sipping our morning coffee on the deck. Plenty of bath towels for everyone. The complimentary bar soap and shampoo was a nice touch. I appreciated the availability of beach shovels and buckets for the kids to use on the beach. We enjoyed the separate heating in the bedrooms which helped with individual temperature control. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars one of which was a full size truck. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Quick easy walk to the beach. Room for 8+ people. VERY well stocked kitchen, best one we've ever stayed in for a Vacassa property. Nice TV's, good wifi.

Summary: The majority of our time in Gold Beach was spent fishing. The house is a close drive to the fishing docks, and just a short walk to the ocean with a beautiful beach! The garage has plenty of room for setting up a station to seal your fresh catches (bring your own seal-a-meal and supplies). The kids and adults enjoyed playing ping-pong. The neighbors are close, yet the house is setup in a way that it feels private. Upon entering there are nice hardwood floors on the main level with the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room on this level. Upstairs is the living area with a nice open floorplan. The kitchen is large with lots of counterspace. Lots of pots, pans, dishes and cooking equipment...they even have lots of spices for your use. However, the bbq is rusted and doesn't work..so don't plan on that. The living room opens to a nice balcony that overlooks the ocean. The master bedroom (also upstairs) is spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfy bed. We liked the fact that the upstairs is a great place to gather and so is the garage. It was a nice place to spend our week in Gold Beach. Comfortable, cozy, and close to lots of fun excursions. Check out Jerry's jet boat for a tour of the Rogue River. It was so much fun! And the food at Cougar lane was delicious. Gold Beach is absolutely beautiful, can't wait to visit again.

Summary: Our extended family stayed here for several nights, and it fit all 10 of us very comfortably. Everything was very clean, check in was easy, and it seemed every time we turned around we found another spot with some games for the kids or informational guides to help us know the area. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and the washing machine worked great. The beach was very easy to get too and so beautiful! The only downside was the windy weather - we were not expecting that high of winds! But the kids still had a great time and the tide pools were amazing. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: The outside garbage area was disgusting! It was full of maggots. The neighbors said the garbage flies all over their property. There were dog pee stains on the carpets. The Wifi was out for our entire stay. A technician came out and was not able to fix the problem. He said we would receive a partial refund. After calling 3 different times, no refund was ever given. The location was gorgeous. But the garbage situation was horrid.
