Summary: This is our first time visiting Pocasset. I used to own a home in Falmouth and got tired of the traffic and sold it. I’ve regretted it every day. We came with my legally blind mother and all she wanted to do was sit on the beach and listen to her books. I was able to kayak, swim, play golf with my kids, and take long walks with my 10 year old dog. It was a vacation all of us needed, and it was the perfect place for it. I will be returning as soon as I can. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Summary: This property is exactly as advertised. Very nice quiet community and property less than 100 yards from water at Hen Cove and close walking distance to beach area. Very quiet and scenic. Nice location from all points Boston and to Provincetown at tip of the Cape. The home was very clean, exterior was beautiful in a beautiful community. The home was excellent for the age of it and had plenty of room with an excellent finished basement. We had 3 Adults and two dogs and more room than we needed. It was warm during our visit, the AC was greatly appreciated and we never ran out of hot water. The home was stocked with many items that actually came in handy. We want to thank the owners for allowing us to rent their property. I recommend highly!

Summary: This was a sweet cottage, ideally located for a family vacation with grandparents to teens and toddlers. The grandparents were comfortable playing cards and walking the short distance to the beach to watch boats and fly kites while the house was centrally located to old silver beach ( 12 minute drive), mini golf, ice cream and Falmouth center for the rest of the family. The house was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival - very clean and user friendly. Only complaint was that the coffee maker was broken - there's a Keurig, but we didn't have pods so we got creative. I would definitely recommend the house and stay there again.

Summary: Cottage was a little stale smelling upon entering, once we opened up some windows, doors and turned on fans the musty old lady smell went away. Plenty of space and a huge bonus room to our surprise in basement, Wish the kitchen had a full set of clean pots and pans.
