Summary: Property was modern and clean. Great shower in the one bathroom. The master bedroom had lots of room, but the bed is only a double on a large bed frame that looks like it could hold a king size mattress. It was musty smelling when we walked in and about 10 dead bugs on the floor. There was a vacuum, so we cleaned them up and didn't see any other bugs in the place while we were there. There is a bright light inside the doorway when you first walk in and I think it attracts the bugs when the door is opened. The musty odor cleared up after we had to door open to air it our for a little while. Only 4 towels and washcloths were provided for 4 people for 4 nights. Take extra towels along. You will also need dish towels and hand towels for the bathroom. Only 1 dish rag is provided. No extra trash bags or paper towels, so bring them along as well. Batteries were dead in the living room tv remote and no extras are on hand. The light bulb in the kitchen fan and bedroom fan were blown out. We had to turn on all the bathroom lights to light up the kitchen enough at night. The grass and weeds needed a cutting. The entrance area had weeds 3 foot tall.

Summary: The place was so quaint. Nice owner. He responded to an issue as soon as he could. But, the beds were noisy and the ac was too difficult to figure out. I would stay there again

Summary: Great “new” property! Maybe an extra fan even though it had ac one room was quite warmer than the other. For the amount of time we were in the property- it was perfect for what we needed. Owner was accommodating. Would probably stay again!
