Equipped for a summer beach holiday or winter coastal escape, with ducted air conditioning and heating throughout the property with an easy-to-use zone control function.
Upstairs you will find a stunning, spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a view to the ocean. Glass sliding doors lead to the generous balcony perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing and enjoying the sunset.
The kitchen is both stunning and highly practical with gas cooking, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee pods provided).
The master suite is tucked away on the first floor. This tranquil sanctuary features a king bed, walk-in robe, resort-inspired ensuite and ceiling fan. The ground floor features two more bedrooms with built-in robes, ceiling fans, a family bathroom, laundry and second living area.
You simply couldn't ask for a better location. With the beautiful Christies Beach on your doorstep, you can be swimming, surfing, walking the dog or soaking up the sun in less time than it takes to boil the kettle. The cafes and shops of Beach Road are within walking distance, and Port Noarlunga is just a short drive away. The Southern Expressway will take you quickly into the CBD or towards the McLaren Vale wine region.

We offer a smart TV otherwise the property offers a huge selection of great DVDs, or just watch the incredible sunset from the first-floor balcony.
ALL bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are included in your stay.
Parking is available in the driveway for two vehicles. There is also amble and free parking on the street. Please note the garage is not available for use.
