Gulfgate 204 offers breathtaking views and is just steps to pool and beach. Gulfgate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums. FREE Parking and FREE wifi! Gulfgate 204 is on the second floor with the steps and elevator just outside your door.
There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom with a lovely Gulf view and access to the Gulf front balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The two bathrooms are generous in size with a new modern custom tile shower in the primary bathroom and a new tub & shower combo in the guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The best part is the beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony- a perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

I was disappointed that the thermostat would only go to 70 but no lower. And it appeared that the thermostat had WiFi controls. We woke up several times hot during the night and the temp had been swapped from 70 to 80. That wasn’t a big deal. The most disappointing part was waking up our last morning to water draining in from the ceiling in the master bathroom. My hair straightener and drying brush along with all our toiletries were ruined. I called at 6:18 and reported the water and they were just getting there to clean it up when we were checking out at 10. I mentioned to the manager that I had items ruined by the water and all I got was a “I’m sorry”. It could use some cleaner pillows and rug.

It was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. We did not use the second bedroom. However, if we had, I think we would’ve had problems sleeping because it faces the front and light does shine in, and the air conditioning unit is right next to the bed and is very loud. overall highly recommend this complex. If you’re looking to stay at Panama City without the crowds and great location, this is your spot. 😊
