No need to worry about Rt 1 or beach parking: you’re already there (3/4 mile)! Enjoy a patio or green grass with the view of the marsh, perfect for your morning coffee. This condo has 2 bedrooms with a cozy queen bed in one and twin trundle bed in the other. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher with full size fridge. There is also an electric fireplace and two good size closets. There are ceiling and window fans along with a portable AC unit for either bedroom, if needed! But with the windows open the Maine nights are comfortable and the salt air is soothing!
