This large delightful Four Bedroom detached Home, is in a fantastic position boasting beautiful panoramic sea views, over the Links.
It offers everything you need for a great holiday.
Just a few steps away from a lovely beach, a children play park, and paddling pool.
The House as a private enclosed garden, that is a sun trap to relax in and recharge.
Nearby is a welcoming Pub, with indoor and outdoor dining.
There is a nearby Spa, pool and Gym, we provide 6 free passes for this facility available throughout your stay. (This is subject to temporary Covid19, Rules at the moment)
This modern house is perfect for families and friends, to get together with lots of space for all, over three floors
GROUND FLOOR
You will find a spacious living area, that flows perfectly from one end of the property to the other, featuring an open plan kitchen, well equipped and fully integrated, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There are French Doors onto the patio and lawned garden.
The Dining area, is furnished with large table and eight chairs.
This room flows through to the relaxing family room, furnished with soft sofa, chairs.
There is Smart TV, free unlimited WIFI, board games, books are available when it is safe to share.
A separate utility room has a washing machine /Coat hangers.
A cloakroom with a WC is on this floor.
FIRST FLOOR
The delightful living room to the front of the house, has magnificent uninterrupted views over the Links, towards the sea.
Floor to ceiling bi-fold windows, open onto the balcony, giving the room tranquill feel.
There is a large Smart TV in this room and extra-large comfy sofas.
On this floor is one double bedroom and Bunk Room , both these rooms are tastefully furnished.
Throughout the bedrooms, all pillows and duvets are allergy free.
We supply crisp white bed linen , and a supply of large white fluffy towels.
The two bedrooms on this floor are serviced by a family bathroom with a bath /shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail
SECOND FLOOR
To the front of the property is a large king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that comprises of a fabulous double size walk-in shower, WC, basin and a heated towel rail. In this room is a sumptuous king-size bed and a separate dressing room.
There is also another further delightful en-suite Double Bedroom, with tasteful decor and is furnished to a high standard,

The property has parking for two cars, and addition car spaces are available nearby
The private enclosed lawned garden, has a patio,a table and chairs are provided.
2 dogs are very welcome.

Amble by the Sea is a gateway to the wonderful coastline of Northumberland and historic Castles, many golf courses, sea trips, masses to offer it is an amazing place.

Summary: We loved the Coastal Retreat. It served us very well for our short stay in Amble celebrating a double birthday. We had four generations and everyone enjoyed the space. The children particularly liked the bunk bed room and its decor. Sasha was very responsive and a great help. We would return in a heartbeat.

Summary: Perfect position on a quiet coastal road with glorious views and only 5 mins from harbour area and centre on Amble. Amble has a quaint harbour area and plenty of eating and drinking options. House is clean and has everything you need with a beautiful lounge with a view!!

Summary: We liked the location of the property and the layout of the bedrooms suited our family. It was very useful to have the ladder locker on the bunk bed which meant our 2 year old grand daughter could safely sleep in the bottom bunk bed knowing she could not climb to the top bunk bed. Kitchen well equipped as well.

Summary: Delightful sea view. Found the Key Safe very fickle to use. Whilst the linen was spotless, at almost 80years of age I was not expecting to be asked to strip my bed on holiday!

Summary: Amazing home in an amazing location. The house is fantastic - very well equipped and the welcome tray was very much appreciated. Locals were super friendly and updated us on things we could do round about the area. We only stayed a weekend but wouldn’t hesitate returning for a longer stay. We stayed with elderly relatives so didn’t take advantage of the long amazing walks that were on the doorstep. House is beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfy. We had a fantastic weekend - thank you!
