Positive: The location was convenient and accessible. Staff was quick to call and notify me when I left an item behind. Thank you!!
Negative: If I had to find an issue, the A/C unit in M6 was too noisy and rattled when turned to Cool/Air. Didn't need it due to the weather though, so no real problems for our physical stay. Thank you!!

Positive: the bed was comfortable, the room clean
Negative: two double beds taking up all of the floor space. one bed pushed against the wall, the other had baseboard heat threatening one;s feet getting in or out of bed. better to have one bed two people can get in and out of

Positive: Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy, but too small. Everything was exceptionally clean and the room was in great condition. I particularly liked the pavilion with the gas fire going to hang out around in the evening. Also was a very convenient location to downtown Lake Placid - just far enough from downtown to be quieter, but still only a 2 minute drive from everything.
Negative: A little bit of road noise since it is right next to Hwy 86, but not enough to keep you awake or anything.
Summary: A clean, affordable, well-maintained property conveniently located to downtown Lake Placid!

Positive: The outdoor fire pit and gazebo were very nice with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables.
Negative: Not a lot of space to walk our dog. There is a golf course next door, but didn’t think that was a good place.
