Summary: Overall our stay was good. Only problem was the attitude of our check in associate. We didn’t not arrive at the hotel until 10:20pm and I forgot to call ahead. In my opinion, the associate’s demeanor toward my wife and I was not welcoming and snarky

Summary: Upon arrival, room was not secured. Door was propped open by the lock, and a box fan was running. Room was not properly cleaned. Carpet was damp from "carpet" cleaning. Found it was carpet cleaned bc toilet had obviously backed up. Toilet tissue was all over the bathroom. Was booked ahead of time, but was the last room. Unable to move. Front desk woman cleaned bathroom and flooring. She was very polite. I did get a credit to my account for the inconvenience.

Summary: Well we like to stay but the leaking on the sink of the bathroom was nonstop all night also the hot tub was very dirty water was really cloudy jets are not working it was not hot it was just warm you probably need to work on that to make it look better Breakfast was amazing beds was amazing staff with great
