Summary: My shower had a crack in the bottom that they had put tape over. The hotel didn’t look very full. I’m surprised that they would put somebody in that room. It didn’t bother me, but it couldn’t have been fun for the first floor room.

Summary: Common areas were very hot. Lack of AC. No elevator. No one at front desk upon arrival. No response to ringing bell. Had to call. Still took over 10 min. for someone to arrive.
