Summary: Putting a 73 year old on the second floor with no elevator or bell service is not a good idea! Thankfully the front desk was able to correct the situation! To whoever designed the building, what were you thinking?

Summary: The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There was one concern-the back door doesn't always latch/lock unless it's pulled tight behind a person.

Summary: We were greeted with excellent customer service by the guy checking us in. Room was clean as well as common spaces. However, the man next to us had his tv on loudly for our ENTIRE two night stay. 24/7. We didn’t sleep at all. He is a permanent resident. No matter how many times the front desk would call or knock on the door, he refused to turn it off. There was also a pharmacy trying to deliver meds to him at 10pm and he wouldn’t come to the door. Yes, he’d give a verbal response, so we know he was in the room but refused to be quiet. Overall, we left exhausted. I would consider not renting the room next to him for any guests.

Summary: I stay here frequently because I live far and work in Kersey. I have no complaints about this hotel. When the occasional "hiccup" happens, Jo Jo makes every effort to get them fixed expediently and professionally. I commend him on running this hotel in such a professional and upscale manner. I can't imagine his job to be easy. He makes it look easy though and he performs it with a pleasant, professional smile every day. There is only one other hotel I can put beside this one in terms of customer service and great rooms and that is the Borders in Brush.. I am very grateful for Cobblestone to have a hotel in Kersey and blessed that it is a 4 Star hotel in my eyes.
