Summary: The owner was so helpful even before we began our trip. She was gracious enough to recommend places to visit and things to do as well as convenient shopping and food choices in the area. When we checked in we were met by her niece who had prepared a beautiful offering of fruits,bread,juice,coffee and homemade passion fruit jam which was delicious and so appreciated after a long day of travel. We were able to ask questions at any point and got quick responses. The location is right on the beach and felt safe and secure for our kids to explore. The house had everything we needed and then some. The apartment complex was secure and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Summary: The view of the beach alone makes this place worth every penny! This penthouse getaway was as close to the beach as one could get. It was super clean when I arrived and very well styled. Having a sauna and a spa on the upper deck is the cherry on top. Oh and when we arrived their was surprise breakfast waiting for us, perfect way to arrive =)

Summary: Let me start by saying that the whole experiencing renting this condo was extremely pleasant, as Nancyra was very professional and answered all of my questions from beginning to end. She was quick to reply to emails and the transaction before getting to her condo was extremely easy. Once we got to the condo we were greeted by her niece who was a pleasure to meet and she welcomed us with freshly baked bread and coffee, it was such a nice surprise to be welcomed in such a nice manner:) The condo is beyond amazing. The pictures don't do justice to the condo, the view, and everything else. We were very pleased with everything and it was such a great experience not only to stay at her condo, but to deal with Nancyra and her niece. They were both a pleasure to work with:) I cannot say enough about how great everything was...Nancyra was flexible and we were able to stay one extra day besides what we had originally agreed, since the next tenants weren't supposed to arrive until a few days later. She was able to be flexible and allowed us to enjoy one more day in her awesome condo. The condo is located at Praia do Morro and you only have to cross the street to be at the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, stores and everything you need within walking distance. The amenities are clean and you feel very secure inside the condo. Bottom line is...if you are thinking about renting this condo, don't hesitate! You won't be disappointed at all and in fact it will probably exceed your expectations once you get there. We will definitely be returning again! Thank you Nancyra and Andrea for everything:) Nossa experiencia com a Nancyra e a Andrea, quen nos recebeu foi impecavel. O processo de aluguel foi super tranquilo e a Nancyra foi super flexivel durante todo o processo. O apartamento e MARAVILHOSO e muito melhor que as fotos. Tudo impecavel, muito limpo, e tudo super comfortavel. So temos elogios e gostariamos de agradecer a Nancyra por divider seu espaco com seus hospedes. O apartamento e na frente da praia e e super seguro e a cerca de varios restaurants e lojas. Tudo muito melhor do que esperavamos. A Nancyra nos permitiu ficar um dia a mais ate a tarde, ja que os outros hospedes so chegariam em alguns dias depois. Foi uma maravilha que ela nos proporcionou ficar mais um dia, pois aproveitamos um dia sem chuva. A vista e linda do apartamento e com certeza vc nao ira se arrepender de ficar la. Se vc esta pensando em alugar, vc ira ficar satisfeito!
