Positive: Friendly, helpful and very accommodating staff who made our stay trouble free. Even the occupants of the building were very friendly and helpful. It was a very good experience which we will hopefully repeat again.
Negative: I believe I saw a picture of I swimming pool when I was booking and was convinced there was a swimming pool on site. We paid a lot for the stay and was a little bit disappointed there was no swimming pool on site. However the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. It is safe and clean and if you are driving, there is a secure parking spot, which was very useful.

Positive: Property was clean and spacious for family of six. It had everything you need and was located right near to the bus stop for Disney. The area was quiet and supermarket was a few minutes walk away.

Positive: The property was overall really lovely. On arrival was clean, tidy and had all the facilities we needed as a family of 7. The property is in a good location around a 10 minute bus journey from Disneyland (1 bus and 2 stops). Bedrooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Decor was modern and had a TV with You Tube etc which was great for the kids in the mornings and in the evenings. Bathroom was nice, shower was good and had all facilities like iron, ironing board, extra cushions etc. Kitchen facilities were good too. We could cook and the fridge was big. Overall, was a really lovely stay and we would defo go back. The lady who sent information over about check in etc was lovely and really clear instructions about how to get the key and what to do when information was sent over at 5pm for check in. Also there is a small shop, pharmacy, launderette and other facilities in close distance. The bus stop for Disneyland is a short walk out on the main road.
Negative: The property is located on the first floor. We had a neighbour from downstairs knock on our door and tell us we were too loud. This was around 8pm and instructions state no loud noise after 10pm as a residential area. Was difficult to stop kids from making noise and running up and down as they were excited and we were only holiday in Disneyland overall. Felt like we had to walk on egg shells in the evenings to prevent any further knocks from neighbours. We respected all of the rules but one resident was not happy with us being there at all.
Summary: Overall excellent stay. Very close to Disneyland. We will be back.

Positive: It was a lovely apartment in a great location with restaurants, market, and pharmacy nearby. The bus stop was across the street to get to Disney. Will stay here again if we come back to this area.
