Positive: It’s a new property and the room was clean

Negative: The food was absolutely disgusting and did not match the property or the prices being charged. The breakfast was included, however we were cautious and only eat the eggs that we had cooked in front of us.

Summary: Property was nice but Mui Ne is run down. The food in the hotel was sub standard and not fit for consumption.

Positive: Very peaceful and well kept little resort. All the little bungalows are well presented outside and nicely decorated inside. Great air conditioning and a fridge in the room. Nice selection for breakfast and the staff were really helpful. Lovely pool area which was sheltered and beds to sit on. They have created a raised sandy area on the front with beds which is great. Steps down to the actual beach. Great spot for kite surfing. Too windy for surfing whilst we were there.

Negative: There wasn’t anything negative about the property at all. Mui Me is very average as a place. Seems to be big plans for lots of development of infrastructure in the coming years.

Summary: Great stay and a little gem of a resort, great value for money.

Positive: Each individual villa was nice. Beach front.

Negative: We got there around 7pm, but the front desk lights weren’t even on, which honestly didn’t feel very welcoming. The entrance also didn’t look as nice as the villas inside—it felt a bit plain and not very well put together. With better lighting, some staff at the front, and a nicer setup, this place could feel way more high-end. The pool layout was a bit odd too. It’s right at the entrance next to the restaurant, which made the whole area feel kind of empty and awkward. But once you actually go inside, the villas themselves are really nice and much better than the first impression. One thing that felt a bit strange was the bathroom—the toilet is in the same space as the shower, so everything gets wet when you shower. It’s not a huge deal, but definitely a bit inconvenient
