3 Bedroom Cottage in Hershey

Welcome to the Cocoa Cottage, one of the original Milton Hershey homes, built for chocolate factory staff in the late 1920's. The cottage is situated in the heart of downtown Hershey, where on any given day the scent of chocolate fills the air! It is nestled within one block of the Best Restaurants, Cafes, Hershey's Live Theater, Parks, Italian Market and even Zoo America! The Cottage boasts the best seats in town for all fireworks celebrations on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July!
During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day your family can enjoy a private salt water in-ground swimming pool, gas grill and deck with a view of Hershey Park's rollercoasters! This house is available year round for a family vacation, reunions or a cozy get-away. Monthly rentals are available if you're here on business or relocating.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds with TV/DVD players. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. If you need an additional bed there is a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All you need to do is pack your suitcase!

Summary: We were impressed with all aspects of the house and pool. Very well stocked with kitchen, bath and pool essentials. The house is so close to downtown Hershey, the park, chocolate factory and other outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to explore all that Hersey has to offer.

Summary: Thank you Heather and family for the great cottage! It has everything you need. The pool was awesome! We even left the park early to just swim in the pool. Have to return without visiting Hersey Park.

Summary: This house sits on a quiet street lined with the cutest homes. Front porch sitting, hardwood floors, original home character, a beautiful kitchen, the most comfortable couches ever, and a covered back porch overlooking the pool with a view of downtown Hershey and rollercoasters. I love this home. It was immaculently clean. You can hear music from Hersheypark Stadium. A short 9 min car ride gets you to hersheyworld and hersheypark stadium. Will definitley be back ! #PostMalone/Jelly Roll Best crepes ever from Au Bon Lieu French Crepery! Just walk out the back yard, cross the alley and boom. Best crepes ever!

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying here over a long holiday weekend. The home was all you would want and more. It was well stocked, clean, and in a great location. Restaurants, coffee shops and many attractions were located near by. The host was a pleasure to deal with and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Summary: Cocoa Cottage was meticulously clean and well stocked with every amenity you could think of. The location was in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the spacious deck and well appointed rooms. We were wishing it was summer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful pool. Our hostess was attentive in communication. We will be back!
