Positive: A very clean, spacious & modern apartment - could not fault it! The food, hospitality & atmosphere in the pub downstairs was fantastic - steaks were exceptional! The owner & staff were so welcoming - wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend the property to others!

Positive: We stayed in the one bedroom apartment Fitzroy. Huge amount of space full living area full kitchen, lovely bedroom. Good quality bedding ducted air conditioning which kept the place very snug and warm. We managed to arrive before the cocktail lounge downstairs close at 2 pm for one drink. The cocktail coffee bar closes at two on a Sunday not sure about the other days. Managed to get a coffee and a toasted sandwich there for breakfast in the morning which is very convenient directly under the apartments. Not sure what the noise would be like if they traded later into the evening and you were staying in the apartments directly above. The location of Rockhampton wasn’t a lot to do or see. We did go to the little zoo which was little free and interesting. We attempted to go to the museum for railways and tram but it was closed. Not sure if they’re opening hours not much else to do in town.
Negative: Good location easy to talk to everything. There was a pub that was opened around the corner cafe across the street and a cafe directly underneath. Good walk down the street to the river as well. Just a heads up the high school is directly across the road so during school times the noise could be affect but that would only be until 3 o’clock.

Negative: Wifi could be better. One room keppler 2 need ventilation. Too stuffy. may be need some ventilation within the room. i.e windows or outlet..

Positive: The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay - and was finished to a high standard. From the massive TV in the lounge room to the impressive dining table and selection of fine wine glasses - this apartment had a lux feel to it. The beds were super comfortable and the two meals we ordered from the pub downstairs were excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We can not recommend the Coco Brew apartments highly enough.
Negative: Our apartment did not have an en suite but other apartments did. Next time we will book one that does.
Summary: Excellent stay and delightful little gem of an apartment in Rocky.
