Positive: It was a very nice location and the property management team was very nice. The housekeeper however complained about a little makeup and I do not think she ever mopped and then accused my family of taking a dish. I stayed at coconut grove 2 before and the housekeeper there was very nice and friendly I stayed at port st charles The Crane and Apes Hill on past visits and never had any issues so as you can imagine a missing bowl complaint was very annoying.
Negative: The living and dining rooms were too hot and that is where we spent most of the day time
Summary: The housekeeper turned out to be not so nice a person. I didn’t like her attitude at the end of my stay. I

Positive: Excellent size property, equipped with everything needed for a stay. Lorraine who looks after the property was very helpful and kept the property clean during our stay.
Negative: The Lounge / Dining area gets very hot and has no air conditioning but has working fans.

Positive: the pictures don’t even do the villa justice. it’s beautiful , spacious and CLEAN! our car battery even died one day and the security guards came with the jump leads. all our needs were met and more!
Negative: the hot tub didn’t work which was a shame and we couldn’t figure out how to use the speakers in the rear of the property but none of that affected our stay

Negative: Thé villa ran out of basics and we were left without toilet paper and dishwasher soap for 24 hours. We had to go out to source our own as the staff did not provide enough. We were only permitted to run the washing machine twice in a week. The housekeeper was very friendly but arrived late every morning Pool and house were lovely.
