Carillon beach gulf front house with private walkover -- 2 miles to Rosemary beach and close to Alys & Seaside. Home interior 100% new in December 2016 - 2019! Completely new pots and pans, plenty of plates, bowls and glasses. All new 8" french oak wirebrushed floors on main level and upper level. Complete new paint on interior and 100% new furnishings. Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn etc. Finished like we wanted our own home to be! ***2 miles to Pier Park -- Coconut Telegraph provides the perfect setting in Carillon with nearly a mile of sugar white uncrowded beach and your own private beach lounges and umbrellas included for in season rentals. Forget the crowds but still be close to everything.
* Gulf Front - step from your deck onto the private walkover to the beach
* 3 neighborhood pools for guests to enjoy.
* 5 bedrooms including an incredible gulf front king master bedroom with its own 250 square foot covered deck as well as an additional main floor master with a shower and tub AND another 160SF deck looking over the front of the house. Please note that there are stairs to climb to reach the main floor. This house does not have an elevator.
*Kitchen equipped with high-end appliances (Sub-zero refrigerator and new Cafe range), quartz countertops, fully stocked with gourmet everything. Also provided are a Keurig, toaster oven, blender, toaster, crockpot.
* Two Master Bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, with king beds. Top level master has Tempur-Pedic mattress. This house has 4.5 bathrooms.

Summary: This is a real gem of a home and feels like we found our forever classic beach vacation home to keep returning to! Doesn't feel like a rental and is furnished beautifully and comfortably with the right touches to feel extra special (holy smokes that shower in primary suite)! Special touch of the secret play area for kids.Our family had a range of ages from kids to grandparents and it knocked it out of the park for everyone. THE VIEW is jaw dropping as is the spectacular electric blue green water that is your own private beach. House had toys for kiddos and fantastic umbrella/chair concierge that quickly became something we didn't know we needed and now don't want to live without! Groceries and nearby towns all super close. Fantastic service with owners and rental company. Couldn't be a more total package home!

Summary: Coconut Telegraph was the perfect spot for our end of summer getaway with family and close friends. The location is awesome, the community is amazing, and the home is even better than the pictures. Communication was thorough and quick, and we were able to ensure we had everything we needed before our stay. The house was also well equipped for the kiddos. We hope to be back again soon!

Summary: This house has a lot of great spaces and the community is beautiful. Each couple had their own bathroom, and the others shared the common bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets. The new charcoal grill was great. Being steps away from the beach was so worth it. The towels, chairs, and beach toys and gear are a nice amenity, too.

Summary: This was our second year staying at Coconut Telegraph and it was as spectacular the second time as it was the first time. The master bedroom has a stunning view of the beach. Plenty of room and ocean front allowed easy access for our 1 year old grandchild.
