Cocoplum Villa is a stunning 4 bedroom villa with ocean views, located in Starfish Isle, steps from the spectacular beach in Palm Cay.
Cocoplum Villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms and will sleep 8. The unit has three floors and is 2,200 square feet in total. The Villa is brand new, fitted out in 2023 with beautifully appointed interiors.
The ground floor is a stunning space featuring a comfortable living area which opens onto a spacious patio and back garden. The dining area flows into the kitchen space and breakfast bar at the oversized kitchen island. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, air fryer, Bosch dishwasher and all essential smaller appliances and kitchenwares. There is a reverse osmosis system to supply fresh water for drinking and for the automatic ice maker. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen TV offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as wifi internet. There is a powder room and washer and dryer on the ground floor.
The master bedroom features a deluxe king-size bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom, with a spacious private balcony together with blackout curtains for complete privacy and rest.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the turquoise ocean. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also offers an ocean view.
The fourth bedroom, also on the third floor, is appointed with two twin beds and has a private balcony overlooking the Palm Cay community. This balcony also has blackout curtains for complete privacy. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The Villa is 50 yards from the beach in Palm Cay, a 69 acre resort and residential community, with a full service 194-slip marina. The community offers swimming pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, a miniature golf putting green, and children's playground and pools. The swimming pool in Starfish Isle is steps away from the Unit. The amenities make Palm Cay one of the most desired gated communities in Eastern New Providence.
The Palm Cay Beach Club is a short walk from the Villa and guests can opt to enjoy meals or drinks at the restaurant / bar at the club house.
There is an optional extra fee charged by Palm Cay Club for access to the club amenities. Should you wish to opt in to the programme an upgrade fee is paid directly to Palm Cay when you are at the resort. Payment of the fee will entitle your group to use the club amenities including the use of cabanas and loungers with beverage service, and beachside bar, and the member's lap pool. This amenity is NOT essential to purchase in order to enjoy the beach and swimming pool opposite the rental unit.
As part of your unit rental you can use the Starfish Isle beach and pool at any time, the tennis courts, children’s playground, restaurants, café, boutique shop, spa and boat charters without paying this extra fee to Palm Cay.

Summary: The place was amazing! Gorgeous and spotless! Great location as well. A new neighborhood, right across from the street and a great restaurant just a walk away. The place had everything we needed and then some! I highly recommend and would definitely return :)

Summary: The townhome is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. AC works great and all the beds/bedding were very comfortable. It’s a quiet community, we didn’t end up using the beach club at all we were happy just relaxing on the beach that is just across the street. The beach was not crowded at all, had soft sound and very few waves perfect for little kids playing in the water. Not much in the way of snorkeling but we did see a turtle, stingray and fish just off the shore. The grocery store is about 3/4 mile walk, which we didn’t mind getting some exercise to get there a few times. There is also a company that rents out cars and golf carts that could be used, but you’ll need to book ahead as they were all reserved when we were there. Expect to pay 60-90 dollars for a large group to get anywhere each way , like a private tour or to the airport, but the service was always friendly and on time. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Summary: This place was amazing! It was clean and quiet. Kids loved all of the “secret hideouts” (suitcase closets). The backyard was beautiful. If you are going be prepared that everything is white, so maybe don’t pack Nutella for your kids. We had groceries delivered via instagopher and it was quick and easy. If you want access to the club (bar, pool, beach chairs) you’ll have to pay $20 a day for 3 consecutive days for each person in your group over 5 years old. It’s worth it for the access to the beach bar/grille and beach chairs (otherwise you don’t have chairs directly on the beach unless you bring or buy them). Tamsin was an amazing host and even left sand toys in the closet for the kiddos to play with. We had a wonderful time and felt extremely safe! Gated community and everyone was very nice. We will definitely visit again!
