Positive: The customer service was very good, the room was clean and comfortable, and very big. The floors were heated which was pretty neat. There were plenty of supplies throughout the cottage. The location is also very nice.

Negative: The grounds needs cleaning up, meaning lawn mowing, trimming of bushes, and plant some veggies in the garden, place flower plants around in the multiple empty pots (they have a little red flag stuck in them?) also, consider replacing some of the porch furniture, because some pieces are a little run down. Thank you

Positive: very helpful staff, when i booked then in hurry i booked a single queen bed cottage and on realizing after reaching at property they helped me to upgrade it to 2 bed cottage. Location is great among mountains and near grocery store. Cottage is charming and very clean. Adequate kitchen utensils along with grill.

Negative: Unfortunately electricity went out around 9.30 pm and came back at 6 am in morning when temp were around 40-42 F in April end in rainy night. With 5 year old kid that was too uncomfortable to spent that light. Staff was helpful and they offered to shift to some other place but my daughter was already asleep and at that time ETA for electricity to come back was 2 AM though it came back at 6 AM. That electricity outage made our trip too unpleasant.
