Positive: A very spacious house in a lovely peaceful setting. Well equipped. Lovely decked patio overlooking a green field, great to sit outside with a glass or 2 watching the donkeys!
Negative: Communication for this property was through Sykes Cottages, rather than booking.com. We are not impressed at all with Sykes customer service - we had a couple of questions that needed answers, BUT after several phone calls that no one answered, and emails to them, as directed, we still received no communication. The owner was lovely and welcoming when we met her, not her fault at all.

Positive: Loved the place! It's so spacious, with plenty of natural light coming in. Everything was very well laid out and tidy. We were very impressed and enjoyed being there. The owners are very kind, generous, and hospitable. Would happily go back again.
Negative: The only tiny issue you I had was that the WiFi doesn't seem to reach the decking. So if your sitting outside enjoying the sunshine and looking out at the adorable Donkeys. There was no way to search or do anything on your phone as the WiFi is only accessible inside. And because there little/no signal in the area, you can't even use data, either. But as I said, this wasn't a huge issue. And still enjoyed our time here.

Positive: It was excellent, well laid out very clean, great surprise was the selection of milk, very tasty home made ginger biscuits bottles of cider, tea and coffee. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. we will be back.

Positive: Great size, very clean and tastefully decorated. Tracy and Richard (owners) had left a welcome pack which even included a little welcome card and a jar of doggy treats which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The TV has Netflix which was a godsend for the children. Loved the bi-folding doors; this gave a wonderful expanse feel to the property. I would recommend this property.
Negative: Location and parking; if you have a big car it isn’t the easiest place to turn around. There were always a lot of cars parked (the owners run 2 businesses from their house next door. There is a massive field at the back with 2 beautiful donkeys in, but this isn’t accessible.
Summary: Beautiful accommodation; the owners had thought of everything.
