Summary: The property was beautiful and rooms were clean. Upstairs stove was not working. AC good. No loud neighbors, just coqui frogs at night. Communication was very difficult. The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night. Beds were good. Cannot sleep on the couches - too small and narrow.

Summary: We rented the full house for our family stay of 18 people. The house is so spacious! Very clean with nice added touches when we arrived like flowers on the towels. The house had everything we needed and then some! Communication was always very easy and any questions or concerns were always answered promptly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Francisco home is in a great location! There is so much to do in PR and around Isabela. When I told people where we were staying EVERYONE would say, “oh it’s NICE in Isabela”. Thank you for being so quick responding to any questions or concerns I had. Your home was so clean and VERY accommodating!

Summary: I spent 3 days and I had everything I needed. What's most important to me is cleanliness and this place is spotless. The host is very nice, answers any messages immediately. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect, you will be a short 10min drive from Jobos beach (paradise).
