Positive: It was a very quiet neighborhood. It had comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.
Negative: Pots and pan need to be replaced. There should be several hangers to hang up clothing.

Positive: Very accommodating, and clean.
Negative: There are 3 routes that I was able to see on the gps and 2 of those were not good, so if you can take the longest route and not the shortest one. I think the owner should put in the description of the reservation of how to get there a warning to avoid the this 2 routes that definitely were not good to take.
Summary: Excellent reservation, me and my friends love it.

Negative: No A/C in living room area. It was extremely hot. The TV did not connect, Wi-Fi with very weak signal. Bed rooms had no black-out curtains, except for master room. Bathrooms had hair on floor. Out doors were not kept as shown in the pics.

Positive: The property offers a spacious environment with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The generously sized and comfortable rooms contribute to a pleasant experience. Additionally, its convenient accessibility and tranquil neighborhood enhance the overall appeal of the stay.
Negative: Despite a comfortable stay, my experience with the host was far from satisfactory. Upon booking, they charged a supposedly refundable deposit of $50, promising reimbursement within 14 days of check-out. However, as of January 21, 2024, I am yet to receive the refund despite numerous communications with both the host and the person handling the financial transactions. Frustratingly, I had to resort to opening a claim with my credit card bank and even initiated a police complaint to establish a paper trail and pursue legal action against this LLC.
