Summary: Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. It all worked out but i was very leary if they were scamming me. Home was lovely. Could use a few more items in the kitchen like a toaster. Laundry onsite was very helpful.

Summary: Overall I would give this place a 7 out of 10. It was clean and near shopping and dining areas. The second floor apartment was a nice size for a family and the bedrooms were air conditioned. However, the kitchen/dining and living room areas were unbearably hot with no air conditioning. We had to turn on fans to be able to sit at the table. I would reconsider this apartment only if they updated with air conditioned family room to also cool the kitchen/dining area.

Summary: Great open concept property with 3 great size bedrooms. Located close by Playa Jobos, Playa Montones and great restaurants. Easy access to highway. Highly recommended.

Summary: Franco was easily accessible via text message and his neighbors were informative and friendly. The place was stocked with everything that we could need from coffee makers, to coffee filters, pots, kitchen ware, etc. In addition the decor was simple but very comfortable. My husband and I shared part of the trip with three other adult family members and everyone slept comfortably and well. We highly recommend staying here and will do so ourselves on future trips.

Summary: I like that it has ample parking at the houses and that it is in an urbanization that is quiet and safe. Although the water in Isabela left, it did not affect us since they have a huge cistern with a motor and everything went smoothly. We would stay again.
