Positive: The property was new, clean, warm and comfortable, it was a great garden setting, although we didn't see the host we spoke on the phone and they were very helpful and accommodating finding a misplaced neckless that was left at the address and repatriating it with it's owner. Highly recommend..

Positive: Was perfect for what we wanted. Would have loved having a Nespresso coffee machine or something similar. And some green tea. Owner was super nice, even offered us some fresh catch to grill for dinner and informed us when the power went out one morning.

Positive: Beautiful and immaculate cottage in a beautiful out of the way part of NZ in the little village of Collingwood. The cottage is brand new, decked out with all you need. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great kitchen and combined dining and living area, with smart TV. HiThe landscaping around the cottage is beautifully done. The hosts were very welcoming and completely non-intrusive. Privacy was no problem at all Great little cafe, The Court House Cafe, just up the road too. .

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. Above I said the property has everything you need, and it does. However, if there was one additional thing it could have it would be a microwave oven. But that's a really minor issue as the property has a beautiful kitchen with a full oven and cook top. So, that's me clutching at straws to come up with anything we didn't like - all I can think of is a microwave.

Positive: A new little cottage. Very clean. Good linen. Sunny aspect and fabulous water pressure in the shower. Lovely grounds.

Negative: Very small property. Better suited to three people. 3 bar stools and 2 larger soft chairs only. No microwave. An outside BBQ table but nothing to sit on, on the deck in the shade. One bedroom had french door only so no way to ventilate at night. We weren't particularly comfortable here.
