Summary: Located in a top place, next to bars, restaurants and the capitolio etc. The hosts were the most amazing I have ever seen. They were helpful with whatever our needs were and went even further giving us tips, offering to be our guide and booking taxis and on and on. Im forever grateful for what theyve done for us and will always choose their place to crash if I ever happen to be back to havana.

Summary: The Colonial House is a place where I would always stay again when I am in Havana as the rooms are nice and especially the hosts are kind and helpful. I stayed at the beginning of the long blackout but the water of the shower was still hot

Summary: I was lucky to have stayed at the Colonial House after I had been unlucky with my transportation from the airport. It is necessary to pay the normal prices for taxis even if they are high, as you are getting robbed in cheaper ones. Don’t leave valuables in the trunk of a taxi. Anyway, at the Colonial House they have been very helpful when I told them what happened, they also helped me to get cash which is difficult if you didn’t bring cash for changing. The room I stayed in during my first night was a room in a colonial style, which was interesting, however the normal rooms are actually enough. All rooms are always very clean. I can fully recommend this place

Summary: Property was clean quiet safe and private near to all places of interest, restaurants and transportation. There hot water in rain shower, good air-conditioning and fan and small fridge inside room. Only inconvenience is not having elevator as the property is located on top floor. It wasn't a problem for me at all but for someone who is not use to go up and down a long set of stairs could be a challenge other than that the place was a reasonable price and you get your money worth. The property managers Teresa and Cecilia were pleasant and attentive and provided good local recommendation on places to dine or visit.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at Colonial House. Theresa and Cecilia were awesome. They were very very helpful in many and their breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend the place!!
