Ideal location just 10km/6 miles outside Antigua, 1.5 hours drive to the coast. 1.5 hour drive to Actatenango Volcanoe and 3 hours to Lago Atitlan. Walking distance from a grocery store, restaurants and bus stop. Stunning views of volcan de fuego. This private community has over three miles of walking paths, beautiful gardens and fountains. The home is conveniently located near three new restaurants two of which offer live music on weekends. This home is ideal for those looking for a relaxing quiet oasis after a long day of sight seeing. Main level includes one bedroom and full bath. Upstairs hallway gives access to master suite with private bath, two bedrooms with a shared bath and the outdoor terrace. Summary: The home was gorgeous. I loved the location of the rental being in Antigua. We got to see the 3 volcanoes. The rental was very convenient and had all of the essentials including washer and dryer. The infinity pool and kiddie pool was also a plus for my little ones. The rental is conveniently located minutes from a store and next door to a restaurant on one side and a beautiful park with a restaurant on the other side. There are plenty of gas stations and we were close enough to get food late night from the locals that was about 5-10 minutes from the rental. Heidi is amazing and was very easy to get in contact with along with helpful info to make your atay better. Guatemala is a big and beautiful country. Visiting central Antigua, Lake Atitlan, and Panajachel is a must. I recommend the rental. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: The property was pristine and our host, Heidi, was super accommodating, even inviting us to spend New Year's Eve at a local event where she and her family would also be celebrating. Heidi provided us with reliable information about transportation options, local sights, good restaurants and nearby grocery stores. She quickly responded to our text messages and made sure we had what we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The location is quiet yet just a 15 minute Uber ride to Antigua or a 15 minute walk to Alotonilco, the nearest town with groceries, a pharmacy etc...The whole experience including looking out the window and seeing the volcano under a beautiful blue sky made us fall in love with Guatemala.

Summary: Meloncon’s Testimonial Guatemala April 5-15, 2023 This property at Antigua Gardens, Guatemala exceeded our expectations, esthetically, comfort and location. The property was pristine, clean, and offered all the necessary amenities to enjoy the offerings of the area in comfort and elegance. The host made extensive efforts to support us in optimizing our visit while staying at this property. The host assisted us in identifying events and attractions to visit while in Antigua and coordinated the scheduling of tours, guides and transportation to take away the burden of working out the logistics ourselves. Every recommendation the host made was spectacular and provided us with an amazing opportunity to enjoy the treasures of Antigua and its surrounding areas with minimal stress. We felt as though our host made it possible to truly experience the warmth and culture that is unique to Guatemala. We would recommend this property without hesitation and encourage anyone interested in truly getting the most out of their trip to Guatemala to contact the host and work with her in planning activities to make their stay a truly wonderful and unique experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: The property is big and in a secure place. Everything is as indicated it the ad no surprises. Has a swimming pool and a basketball court. The water is warm enough and near the town. Take the bus for only 5qtz. Heidi is very sweet and welcoming. She will go out her way to help you have a wonderful stay in Antigua. She has numberless recommendations of restaurants and things to do in Antigua. She set up her place in the sweetest way you could imagine. We enjoyed to the fullest and please just book it don't even think twice.

Summary: Couldn’t have asked for more at this location. Once we were there it was even better than described in the listing. Our 2 weeks there were filled with lots of activities, including plenty to do on rainy days. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of privacy with rooms on both levels. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to returning in the future, and staying again.
