Positive: Very well decorated, very clean, and the staff when needed were very friendly and responsive.

Negative: It would be nice if all required deposits be included in initial payment and there should be one charge per booking not per room.

Positive: Everything about this property was amazing from the communications with the property when booking and in the lead up to our arrival and the property itself. Property was new, clean, modern, good location and had everything we needed including a washer/ dryer to get some laundry done, a full functional kitchen so we could cook rather than eat out (after being away from home 3 weeks), comfy lounge and TV facilities and a comfy bed. In addition to being able to wash and dry some laundry, the property had a great quality hairdryer, make up face washers and fluffy white towels. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will return some day!

Negative: We didn’t like leaving as the next property we checked into in Seward was extremely underwhelming in comparison to Colony Suites
