The townhome is a lovely home that provides the perfect ambiance for a vacation. Guests can enjoy lush green grass and the scenic beauty of the rainforest while staying here. There are many tropical plants in the garden area making it the perfect vacation home for nature lovers. The home is equipped with 2 stories’ which is decorated in Hawaiian contemporary style.
Our property is airy, spacious, and comfortable. It has 2 stories with a vaulted ceiling which flaunts a Hawaiian contemporary style. There are 2 bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king plus a queen-size sofa bed. The home can accommodate 6 people.
This home comes with a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with all the equipment needed on a vacation: a massive modern fridge, smooth top oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, coffee grinder, blender, and kettle. The kitchen has granite countertops, a granite bar with stools, plus a dining table, and a full-size table out on the lanai where guests can watch the traffic on the 15th fairway go by.
It also comes equipped with a 47" LED Stereo TV with a Wi-Fi capable Blue-Ray player along with broadband Wi-Fi internet, and phone calls are free anywhere in the USA or Canada.
There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. In the utility closet, guests will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and sand toys to make any day a fun day at the beach.
Barbecues are provided poolside. Condo amenities include two pools, the closer one with a beautiful waterfall, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts. Beautiful beaches are just minutes away. There’s also a beach inside the resort.
The world famous Hapuna Beach is just 5 miles to the north. From the complex, visitors can enjoy views of Mauna Kea (gleaming telescope domes, and well worth a tour), the Pacific Ocean, Kohala Mountains, golf courses, and lava fields.
We kindly ask that you review our pet policy: this property is not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, we will request its removal and charge an additional non-refundable fee of $1,000.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. Summary: We introduced our sister in law and her husband to the big island and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The condo was well appointed and had great views. Access to all the wonderful things to do in Waikoloa was easy. Would recommend this unit to anyone going to Hawai’i..

Summary: This condo is in a wonderful complex with easy access to beaches. The pools and large grassy areas allowed the kids to burn energy when we weren’t ready to head off. There are two nice pools in the complex. The closet with the laundry has a wonky door, however the washer/ dryer worked well. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, sand pails, ice chest and many other items for use available under the stairs. The condo is nicely decorated. The mattresses are aging but comfortable. The furniture on the patio is comfortable with a nice view, however, it has heavy rust at its feet and is due to be replaced. This condo worked well for 3 adults and 2 young children. We greatly enjoyed our visit and will consider it for our next visit to Hawaii

Summary: We have stayed in multiple units in this development over the past several years. We love the area, the general facility, and layout of the units. Overall our stay was great. Unit was in good shape and matched listing. AC/ceiling fans worked great which in our experience has not always been the case in other rentals. Wifi was excellent. Pool, BBQs and other areas of development were in great shape. For the unit, a couple of items to be aware of. Existing supplied were slim when we arrived so we went to the store the first day. Coffee maker is small ( 4 cups), so be ready to make multiple pots. AV system works, but instructions in the unit call out usage of a universal remote which had corroded batteries installed and didn't work with even with a new set of batteries. The oven door was damaged so you could not really use the oven handle to open. We contacted the on island support folks to take a look and it will require a new door. Our interaction with the management company was not a great experience. During Covid, one of the key criteria we used for the rental was the cancelation policy. The management company has a different policy than what is listed on VRBO. We only found out about this AFTER we had made the reservation. We raised this to them, but they never addressed it. I gave 2 stars on the accuracy of the listing because of this item. We also had multiple times when we would not get timely response from them on questions we sent them which is why I gave 2 stars on communication.

Summary: We had a fun stay at the this property and quite honestly the photos doesn’t do it justice. It’s much more brighter and more spacious. 4 stars for cleanliness because the floors inside was dirty when we arrived. Also found a few dirty plates that was put away. 4 stars for check in because I was not given a code for keypad AFTER I emailed property company that I thought it was odd that I did not receive a keypad code because how are we going to get in? They replied and said I would be able to get in with the information they sent. They also resent the same information they did the first time, still with no code. I thought that was odd but okay.. we arrive at the property and at this point we only have the gate and lock box code. We tried the lock box for a while because I thought that was how we were getting in since they didn’t provide a keypad code even after I emailed them. It took a few calls to get someone to help me as it was 5pm HST when we tried to check in, offices were closed. Thankfully a property manager called 20mins after I initially called the first person and helped us to get a new code. Other than that everything else was great!

Summary: Counter tops and tile floors did not appear to have been wiped down/vacuumed prior to our arrival. Supplies were slim. Nice quite neighborhood, enjoyed our stay and will consider the property in the future.
