With a cozy studio-style layout, private bathroom and separate bunk room, up to four guests will feel right at home here. Not only is the space comfortable, but the amenities are modern, and the location is perfection.
Checking in, you’ll notice fun pops of color and tropical interior design around the open-concept living space. Get settled into your main sleeping area, equipped with a queen bed, curtains for privacy, and mirrored dressers. Additional guests will enjoy the separate bunk room that comes with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, coastal-themed armoire, and TV. And when you want some relaxing privacy, you’ll love the full bathroom recently remodeled with a gorgeous blue-tiled massage shower with water jets, storage, and vanity.
Now that you’re all unpacked and comfortable, spend some time enjoying the sweet features of this unit. You’ll love chilling together in the living room, equipped with a comfy couch, lounge chair, and vividly colored tropical decor. It’s a cozy corner to connect over great conversation, or enjoy a fun night of Netflix binging.
When it’s time to get cooking, there’s a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is in a quiet neighborhood, less than 5 mins from the beach. It's in a less crowded area so the beach isn't packed full of people and resort chairs. It was nice not having to wait on an elevator. The bed does need to be replaced as it sinks in the middle and not comfortable. The housekeepers took all of our stuff bc they thought it was the other tenants, so we had to miss a day at the beach while we waited for them to return everything. The back yard was overgrown and needs attention but there is an outside shower to rinse off which was convenient.

Summary: From the moment we walked in the door the place looked beautiful and smelled so fresh. Everything was nice and clean. It looked just like the pictures as advertised. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The cupboards and drawers were uniquely labeled so we could easily find everything we were looking for. Bathroom was amazing and we loved the very unique shower. Very relaxing after a long day at the beach. The location was centrally located for an easy drive into either the Pier Park area the 30A areas! The distance from the beach was just close enough to get down there quickly and easily. We REALLY appreciated the fact that Laguna Beach was SO MUCH LESS crowded than the beaches to the east and west of us! We had never stayed this close to PCB and feared the beach would be too crowded! But it felt more like some of our favorite non-touristy 30A beaches!! The only negative to our stay was that the bed was not very comfortable for us. We seemed to roll into the center of the bed a bit. Even with that, we definitely recommend staying here and are personally working to get our next trip planned to go back!

Summary: This little duplex was super cute! It had every thing we needed for a half week stay. The shower out back was a must and we used it daily after going to the beach. It was convenient having the back door going into the bathroom as well! The dehumidifier was awesome to have! The humidity this week was unreal! I loved being only a block and half from the beach. We ate at Thomas’s Donuts every morning and parked across the street so we could hit the beach after breakfast. The public beach across from this neighborhood isn’t crowded, so you can have ocean front seats! One thing we’ve learned over the years is that staying in a resort or condo complex makes it hard to get the beach spot you want. There are too many people for one area. It also takes just as long to walk across the beach, up the dunes and up the elevators to get inside as it does for us to walk to the house in the neighborhood. Great little place! It worked well for our family of 4!
