Positive: Very clean! Only 275 yards to Front Beach Road! Location was convenient to groceries, liquor & restaurants…Laguna Beach was beautiful and quiet
Negative: No closet in master to hang clothes…no towel racks in master…only had 1 towel hook…two outside doors had gaps of daylight between door and frame…driveway and bushes are very tight for a vehicle…master bedroom dresser drawers way to soft especially for a lengthy stay. Because of all the rocks on the driveway you track in small Little Rock’s in your shoes into the house
Summary: We stayed for 18 days…Minus a few things we didn’t like we enjoyed Kissing Palms and would stay again.

Positive: Close to the beach. Its only a few blocks from the beach. It also has a griller. Cozy. Good for big groups. We were able to save on this trip because we were able to cook. It also has an outdoor shower you can use after swimming in the beach.
Negative: The toilet is not flushing well. We requested a repair but no one came.

Negative: Blankets were very thin, so I was cold at night. Water pressure was low.

Positive: Close too the water, had enough room for all 9 of us!
Negative: We couldn’t set in the back yard due to the septic tank was rolling out in the back yard and the smell was terrible. Every time someone flushed the toilet it bubbled up in the sink’s, toilet and washer and it would smell the house up! I left a message talking too someone they said they would send there local people out too fix the issue it was never fixed! The dryer too 3 times too dry one load!

Positive: We loved everything!!! Perfect location and home was very homey. We had a great time😃outdoor shower is awesome 🌈
Negative: Water pressure on showers inside could’ve been better,garden needs some love. Toilet in master rocks,had to shove towel under edge😂rug in bunk room had lots of stains and house smelled I think from that when we got there. Furniture not very comfy😞
Summary: We’ll be back!! Thankyou for allowing our pup she also had a blast!!
