Positive: The rooms were clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the refrigerator. We were able to let ourselves in and the room was warm which we really appreciated this cold weekend.

Negative: There was just one chair. Wish there had been two, but we didn't come to sit in the room anyway, so we were fine.

Positive: The owner upgraded our room for no charge because of an ice storm. She communicated quickly and had great suggestions about restaurants in the area and ways to visit the canyon. The location to the Grand Canyon was phenomenal!

Positive: The property is a gem! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was prepared beautifully, with the air conditioning on when we arrived. The property is meticulously maintained, inside and out. There is a picturesque pond to enjoy, along with a picnic and play area for children. The room was ultra clean.
