Summary: The staff was very friendly. The room and property were old and a bit dirty. Lots of cobwebs in the corners, the ice machine was located in a filthy cupboard.

Summary: Where do I start. Property is a dump. Amenities were sadly lacking such as: no hangers in closet, ironing board but no iron, no tissues in room, no clock or phone, floor in bathroom floods when you use the shower, air conditioner very noisy, weird cracking noises in the walls, no rack for suitcase. Would not recommend staying here.

Summary: The owners seemed really nice so it pains me to give this review. My room was moderately dirty. Baseboards haven't been cleaned lately. There was a layer of dirt on the microwave/fridge. I found long hairs on the sheets (I have a buzz cut). I did have to reconnect the streaming device to the TV (HDMI), and find the dongle/receiver (IR remote control extender) for the remote to work from the bed. I can appreciate that this is a budget option and they are welcoming to PCT through-hikers : I saw care packages in the lobby on a previous visit, and I believe they are offer later checkouts than other places. The shower was clean and towels were washed. Ample parking in front of my room (I was on 2nd floor.) Close walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants and coffee shop.
