Positive: We recently stayed during a family trip back to my husband's hometown of Sayville. We needed to extend our trip due to the loss of my mother-in-law. The accommodations are peaceful, serene, clean and well decorated. Ari and Mark were fantastic hosts. They cooked delicious food for us for breakfast and were there for a chat, a hug, a laugh, or to give us our space when we needed it. Although we didn't use the pool or hot tub, the back yard would be a great place to unwind. The location to walk to downtown Sayville was ideal. We would absolutely stay there again.

Positive: We stayed two nights at the house; very clean and well maintained. The breakfast prepared by the host was excellent and also a great opportunity to chat with other guests. We chose Sayville because we were spending the weekend at Fire Island. The host kindly offered to drive us to the ferry station, so we didn’t have to park our car and pay for parking. They have a stunning backyard with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, though we didn’t get a chance to use it, since our main focus was Fire Island. Overall, a very good experience.

Positive: My sister and I really enjoyed our time here. Ari and Mark were so accommodating. They felt like family immediately. In the morning Ari baked items for breakfast (even early for us since we were on a set schedule )and Mark drove us to the airport so we could pick up our rental car. The bnb is in a good location, walking distance to Sayville's Main St, the library and the train station. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The bed and linens were really comfortable and the private bathroom had a massive tub in it.

Positive: Out of all the accommodations I booked during my travels in the United States, this has been the most exceptional one. From the moment the door opened, I felt at home and really, really welcome. The landlords are amazing people, who will go out of their way to make their guest feel comfortable. I actually spent hours chatting with them instead of exploring the area, because they were just so interesting and easy to talk to. In addition to amazing conversation, I even got treated to a piano recital in the evening. So while Sayville may not be the most thrilling place you could think of, I would consider coming back just to stay at the "Come as you are Inn" again. Also, I suspect, it may be difficult to find another B&B with a great cook and a great pianist under the same roof. Breakfast was lovely, the bedroom and bathroom were great, there was not a thing to complain about in that house. I got offered lifts, I was allowed to do some laundry (mine, not theirs :)) - things that aren't for granted and which I very much appreciated. The B&B is within walking distance to the train station, if you don't have a car. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the Main Street with shops, cafés and restaurants. There's a big supermarket nearby. One could even walk to the ferry terminal to Fire Island within 20-40 minutes (depending on your pace). My stay at the "Come as you are Inn" has been an extraordinary experience and I'm very glad I stopped there.
Negative: There was nothing I didn't like about the Inn.
