Positive: Fairly quiet - parking was reasonably priced at $8 per night
Negative: Lack of amenities - no air conditioning, only fan but not working properly either. Room not cleaned daily. Shower head is stuck on with a zip tie and soap holder broken. Utensils - only one fork available - so general impression is lack of care and thought - not super cheap either considering you have to pay an extra €30 surcharge when checking in.

Positive: Staff member who greeted us was very pleasant. The room was tired but clean.
Negative: Hard to find. We drove around for an hour trying to find them. There is NO sign on the building at all. Not what you're expecting when you're looking for rental apartments. Number 68 is on the fence in small numbers but they are very hard to see at night. Large illuminated numbers would be a bare minimum to help guests find the place. The phone number we had was a switchboard that was only manned during buisiness hours. A VERY frustrating end to a VERY frustrating day with motorway closures due to farmers striking for a better deal.
Summary: They need to add signage to the building or illuminated street numbers so guests can findthe place !
