Quail Pointe House is located off Hoffmeyer Road in West Florence, just a few minutes' drive to shopping and dining. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates four people.
We have furnished it for comfort, with new sofa, rug and chairs in the sitting room, modern dining set and kitchen stools, and iComfort mattresses on all the beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for most cooking and dining needs. All linens and towels are included. The washer and dryer make laundry very convenient, and a parsons desk with lamp and secure wifi connection offers a place for all your computer or work space needs. The keyless entry means you'll have easy access and won't need to worry about losing or returning the key. There is a security camera outside the front door; no cameras inside.
Please note that we rent only to adults over the age of 25 and that verification will be required. Occupancy is limited to four people, except for infants. Due to allergies and for the comfort of future guests, we cannot rent to smokers, and no pets are permitted.

Summary: Great house for us! We had just closed on our home a few neighborhoods over and needed a spot to stay for the week left of school. Summary: We spent a long weekend at the location while traveling through the Carolinas as a family of four. The floor plan was very convenient, the homeowner had all items necessary available in the house for meals and general house needs. The yard is a nice bonus areas for outside activities. We highly recommend!

Summary: This home was just perfect for my trip to Florence. In town for a wedding, I prepared all the food for a brunch. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. The house was clean, comfortable and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Great communication from the owner! A 5 star for sure!!
