Mandatory off-street parking on the designated spot on the left to the driveway . PLEASE do not park on the driveway.
Mandatory $40 weekly cleaning fee with change of linen and towels
Close to a park with bike paths for a 15 minutes ride to downtown.

Summary: We were in Davis to meet with family and just needed a home base for us and our dog. This cozy apartment fit the bill. It was clean and quiet in a nice Davis neighborhood. Sam was very friendly and responsive.

Summary: The property was well maintained and the owner was very accommodating including moving furniture to accommodate my wheel chair. While the property does not list laundry facilities the landlord allowed us to use his washing machine when we arrived. Our only issue was poor cell phone reception which may was outside the owner's control. Would definitely go back again.

Summary: We stayed here during UC Davis orientation and it was a very cozy place near the college. There is also a lovely park roughly two blocks from the apartment. Check in was easy and the owner was very attentive and responsive. Thank you so much for making our first real visit to Davis, CA a pleasant one!
