Summary: Rooms were clean and beds slept comfortable but had problems with the loud noise of the ac system.

Summary: All good. Room was quiet, beds were adequate. Sheets were nice quality, but a little threadbare. The a/c unit was a little loud- shutting on and off. My main critique is the fitness room- very bare bones and very hot; it was 80 degrees in the room. 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical and 1 set of weights and a bench. If there was anyone else there it wouldn’t have worked. As it was, it was hot and stuffy(maybe that kept people away?). Didn’t do breakfast, front desk very nice.

Summary: When we got there to check in was informed they didn't have my reservation, that it had been canceled. Hadn't been but in order to have a place to stay during ISU orientation had to pay AGAIN for the room. Checked my credit card online, found original payment, no refund issued, no notice from Hotels.com that the reservation had been canceled. Will be contacting Hotels.com to see what the issue is. Essentially paid over $400 for a two nights in a $120 room. Won't be going there again.

Summary: Staff was wonderful, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good. The beds were meh, like sleeping on a rock, some might like it, not me. However we would definitely stay again.
