Summary: It was perfect except not very handicapped accessible, especially to the restaurant. Lots of walking, lots of stairs. Otherwise, perfect!

Summary: Honestly, I was not disappointed, but actually pleasantly surprised by my overnight stay. Even ended up with nice view of fireworks display (if you stay on July 3rd night). Looks like hotel been recently renovated and everything felt nice and fresh. Bed was great, loved shower and it was quiet! The only unexpected part was that breakfast is not complimentary, but hotels restaurant wouldn't beat prices of decent breakfast place. Definitely will stay again.

Summary: We had a great stay. We just stayed one night on a trip and it was a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was super friendly. Pool and hot tub was nice.

Summary: Another odd bathroom design with a door that slides closed instead of shuts. Gap on either side of the door provides no privacy while in bathroom. Elevators creak and whistle while moving and do not give confidence.

Summary: Had to move rooms because toilet would not flush, and shower was also dirty in the first room. Room was hot then cold throughout the night. Pillows okay

Summary: We had reserved 5 rooms for ISU graduation and when we got there they had none under my name. Then said one system you aren’t in and another system you have one room. I showed my reservation I made on Hotels.com and that didn’t help until I said I need 5 rooms.
