Positive: The property is undergoing renovations (we did not hear any noise or have issues) so the rooms are brand new, very clean and updated. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety. The attendant kept an eye on everything and kept it well stocked. Laurie (I hope I am spelling that right) and Lacey were so kind and very helpful. They made sure we had everything that we needed for the duration of our stay. The hotel is in a great location and it is easy to get in and out of the city while staying there.
Negative: The fitness room is undergoing renovations so there wasn’t a huge variety of equipment, however this was not disruptive to our stay.

Positive: Location is great. Waffles and sausage were yummy. Staff friendly and helpful. It was clean. Beds were comfy.
Negative: Hot Breakfast was iffy. Hash browns were mushy, eggs tasted weird and the juice was watery.

Positive: The room was remodeled, so it did look new. The whole 3rd floor was nice.
Negative: There was zero water pressure in the remodeled room. They were in the middle of converting from a Best Western to a Choice Hotel, therefore there was construction & a little bit of confusion. There was also piles of furniture& stripped mattresses outside which was a little suspicious, even with the remodel.
Summary: Decent value, will hopefully be better once remodel is finished.
