Summary: The highlight of the hotel was the location, it was a few minutes walk from the Falls which is the main attraction in the area. Everything else ranged from mediocre/fine to poor. The floors specifically were filthy. Only 20 minutes allowed to be seated for breakfast and breakfast room really small.

Summary: Great location with spacious room. Minimum amenities and extras but expected. Breakfast was very simple and not very tasty but staff worked extra hard to make it an enjoyable experience. Check in was not very friendly or welcoming but that was just the staff member assisting us. Checkout and every other interaction with staff was great!!! Good indoor and outdoor pool!

Summary: The room was clean and spacious. It was hard to get a goodnignts sleep as the upper floor was noisy - walking up and down. Other than that, breakfast was decent.

Summary: Good location, close to the Incline Railway, comfortable and affordable, but the parking/entrance/elevator situation is uncomfortable and not easy access. Breakfast may not be taken up to your room, making for a crowded, noisy morning.

Summary: Location of the hotel is great! Front Desk staff and cleaning staff good. But the property itself is very old. Only one small elevator serving eight floors for basement. Breakfast place so clumsy and small. You must eat in 20 minutes and ask for hot cups. Hardworking staff but the owners may have stopped caring for good clean rooms with decent beds. No hooks in the bathroom to hang anything. No extra table to eat of you order in food during rain or something. Sofa chairs and carpets need to be shampood. Do not walk barefoot on the floors. Place is within walking distance to any choice of cuisine for you and that is the best thing. Again, staff is nice and very kind. Just the property and rooms were not at par.

Summary: This hotel gave me a room in level 1 floor. The hall way of the level 1 filled terrible smell that might be from the swimming pool. I also did not feel safe in the room.

Summary: me and my daughter stayed for five nights and she had never seen that before and it was a perfect location for us. It was within. Our budget has two very nice poles, indoor and out in close proximity everything we were doing on the adventure pass.
