Positive: Room itself was decent, clean and spacious. The view of the falls is amazing.

Negative: I had specifically booked a city view. However, I was initially given a room with no real view, it overlooked the roof. You could literally open the window and step out onto it, which was very disappointing. About 30 minutes after checking in, I noticed around four maintenance workers walking right outside the room. This meant there was absolutely no privacy. I hadn’t been warned about this at all, so it was quite uncomfortable knowing that someone could suddenly appear outside the window while you’re in the room. I called reception, and the staff member explained that they were cleaning the windows, as if that made it acceptable. I had to insist that privacy was important, and only then did she agree to move me to a proper cityview room away from the roof area. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, and the staff at Milestones, where breakfast was served, were great. However, the food didn’t feel very fresh. The pancakes, in particular, were dry and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. It may be due to visiting in May when there are fewer tourists, but overall, the freshness of the food could definitely be improved.

Positive: We requested that both rooms was on the same level and one of the rooms had a very nice view. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to and close to main attractions. The staff were kind and helpful.

Negative: It looked closer to the Falls but had an uphill battle coming back to the hotel. It was a good workout for some but not all.

Positive: Our room was at the very top of the hotel and the view of the Niagara Falls was breathtaking! The gym size was decent and have several equipment options.

Negative: For a big hotel with many floors, they have a very small pool. It was crowded the entire time we were there. We literally walked in and walked out within seconds.

Summary: If you are staying in this hotel, definitely book the top floors with the Niagara Falls view - you won't regret it.
