Positive: Pretty much liked the location made it a easy drive to where we were going

Negative: Staff was kinda rude our bed sheets had some stains in them upon arrival on of them having what looked like a pee stain. Part of the reason why we booked it was in hopes of being able to use the pool on a weekend day and that was closed just seemed more like a motel kinda vibe more then a hotel by that point and I'm typically a easy going person who makes excuses for other people

Negative: I was placed in a handicap room. I did not request one. Sink to low, and open shower. No tub. Windows had condensation in between. Pool was out of order,however at least hot tub was available.

Positive: The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Negative: The pool was closed. One of the ways I choose hotels is based off the availability of a pool and this one was closed. The sign at the front desk said due to electrical issues while the sign on the pool door said due to chemical issues. There was a slight musty smell in the hallways. **I don’t know if it’s the hotel or booking.com, but there is a payment issue. We prepaid through booking.com yet the hotel ran my card again because they said payment was not received. The funds were out of my account and not an authorization so it was fully prepaid. Front desk agent made a phone call and fixed it. Just unnecessary stress. I’d say to be cautious at this property when prepaying at booking.com.
