Summary: Service was amazing. The wooded courtyard is gorgeous and truly pet friendly. The halls were a little dirty/had an odd smell and had a bunch of stairs so they were a little difficult for my disabled mother to navigate. However, the room was clean and perfect for our needs.

Summary: The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly at the desk and welcoming. However, the TV did not work and there were some issues that could use some attention. The closet door did not close properly and the bathroom door was chipped. All in all, the room could use a facelift. Would I stay there again? Probably yes. It was a one night visit and a convenient location to the main thoroughfares.

Summary: Prior to my visit in May 2025, I previously stayed here a few years ago, and not much has changed, besides updating the branding/signs. At check in, the younger woman seemed a bit confused as to whether I had paid already or not but figured it out. There was no cookies like last time but I did arrive later around 9:30pm. I had room 127, a King room with Jetted Tub that I booked months in advance as they sell out quick! The room was clean overall, although there was some dust, and wear/tear/scuffs on some furniture. There were plenty of towels, 4 bars of soap, and 5 pillows on the king bed which is great! Bed was comfortable too! There was some paint patches/mismatched paint in bathroom and one of the towel hooks by the hot tub was loose and fell when I tried to hang a towel. It also took a long time to fill the jetted tub, but once filled, it was very relaxing, and jets worked well! The breakfast was wonderful. The older woman tending to the breakfast area seemed kind, sweet, and kept everything full. There was a lot of variety, which was great, including blueberry waffles, coffee cake, I liked the sausage links (I am picky), eggs were good, and there was even nutella for toast! Great way to start the day! Large breakfast area too so it was very comfortable. Loved that check out is at noon and I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend this hotel to others. It is right off the highway but I didn't hear a thing!

Summary: This is a nice older hotel. Unfortunately you can still smell cigarette smoke in the rooms. They need to do a better job of getting rid of that telltale smell from days gone by.
