Positive: Parking lot is next to Oscar's Restaurant which is a locals favorite with a large menu of good wholesome food at reasonable prices. The included hotel breakfast has a good selection of options.

Negative: Toilet Paper is very poor quality. Worse than average motel quality.

Summary: We regularly stay in Limon on our way to ski on CO. Best combination of comfort and price in Limon.

Positive: Connor, at the front desk was very courteous which got our stay off to a great start. The facility was in very good condition and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Negative: The walls are not very well insulated. Can easily hear conversations from attached rooms and the hallway.
