Summary: The owners add an up charge after the room has already been reserved online. This was the seventh hotel in a row I made reservations through an app while on the road but the first to add an extra charge after the fact. I had even called earlier as a courtesy to say I’d be later checking in and there was no mention of the charge then either. Very shady business practice.

Summary: Upon arrival we were told that our prepaid check-in would require an additional fee due to having four adults staying in one room. I have never encountered this in the hundreds of hotels we have stayed with. There was dog hair on the bed comforter, on the “clean” towels, and additional dog damage on some of the items in the room.

Summary: We were passing through Virginia on a family road trip and stayed here staff was very friendly and nice place is clean our room was very clean and nice Also there’s good food nearby

Summary: The clerk on duty was wonderful, very friendly. I didn’t get name but very nice. The room was not so nice- stains on pillows case and comforter( yellowing stains) I used my own T-shirt over pillow as none of pillows looked very clean. Worn out furniture and carpet. If I was staying longer than the 10hours over night, I would have left.
