Summary: I needed to use the computer to print something out. Computer was not working and when they finally got it to work the toner was out and there was no spare. The front desk did help in printing what I needed from the front desk computer. My room smelled, not sure if they spray something to freshen the room but I wish they did not do that. The breakfast was okay, I have had better.

Summary: Walls were pretty thin - felt like every move my neighbor made, including a clearing of the throat, was clearly audible to me. Asked front desk for cutlery and was told that they didn't have any but that I could poke around in the continental breakfast area. I did and found nothing but also didn't feel super comfortable going through every drawer or cupboard. Next morning at breakfast there very clearly was cutlery so I'm not sure why the front desk couldn't just help me access some. Not the biggest deal but kind of odd.

Summary: I expected my room to be cleaned more than once in my 4 days stayed. I dont know if i had to specifically request for house cleaning every day or if it was every other that didnt happen either. other than that it was okay.
