Summary: I booked for 2 nights a double queen bed room. I had to cancel for one night and didn’t get the option of a double bed room for one night, so I paid extra for a king suite with a pull out bed. The man at check in wouldn’t let me switch to a queen room since I booked thru elsewhere, when I got to my room it was a single kind room. NO pull out sofa bed and not option to change rooms even though I had my reservation showing I booked a room with a pull out bed.
