Summary: The stay was OK and it looked nice until we moved the couch and seen a dried up used tampon and the tub was dirty…!!!

Summary: Pictures definitely give off a better look then what you actually get. Mold on the curtains, on the window seal, when we turned on the bath tub faucet, rust and dirt came out every time. Entire place needs a renovation. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent. Overall definitely don't recommend.

Summary: The overall stay was pretty great. The lights beside the bed did not work and one of them seemed to be taped together. The room was clean, however I found a USED bar of soap with hairs in it underneath our bathroom door.

Summary: 1st room had a broken lock and key card scanner was glued back on and broken, trim falling off walls. Floors in room and hallways very dirty Changed rooms because or lock. Tv did not work, ac would hardly cool and refrigerator didnt work spoiled and ruined my food. When asked for thedr things to be fixed they told me it would be Monday no maintenance man available. Stuck there 3 days d/t $100 hold for incidental and would be charged canceled fee Hot tub smelled horrible 3rd night

Summary: Our stay was from May 4 to the eighth as we arrived we noticed the stairwells and the hallways had not been vacuumed. Waited a day to let someone know him three days to take care of that to have our room cleaned came back just the towels and garbage were changed, the room itself was not very clean found old cups and wrappers and food items under the air conditioning unit and the chair The trim in the bathroom was not cleaned for a long time. Walls were stained by the sink in the bathroom overall feel of the hotel needs to be updated. Carpet is so worn and disgusting. All the employees were very friendly

Summary: We enjoyed the pool area. With the exception of our first night when there were no towels out there it was clean and they did have pool towels. Otherwise Ali was great we ended up staying two extra nights

Summary: Vacuum only existed for the 1st floor, all other floors were dirty, once you stepped out of the single elevator. Nice surrounding area but I would stay any other place than this.

Summary: From the first step into the lobby, I was very disappointed. The entire hotel smelled bad, like they were trying to cover up something with cleaning supplies so overpowering I got a headache. After checking in, we rode the elevator with a family who had also just checked in, who said they were put in an uncleaned room, with urine all over it. Our room was semi-cleaned, but still dirty-ish, with suspicious stains on the floor and chair. Mold in the tub. Everything was old, dirty, and broken. We had no tv remote control in our room. The phone, clock and half the lights didn’t work. The toilet didn't flush properly. And on top of that, the indoor pool was freezing, and the hot tub was out of service (the whole reason we chose that place).
